Hong Kong for the city-weary?

Hong Kong is too city-ish for many. People complain it's too crowded and yet this is where they want to go. That's because Hong Kong has a lot more to offer than the Victoria Peak and the unbelievable harbor and skyscrapers and the Disneyland. There are gardens and small beach parks, too.

Now if only I could learn how to read Chinese characters and say "How do I get to Lantau Island?" in Cantonese.
